Cancellation Policy

Please understand that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, it must be done at least 24hrs in advance of your scheduled appointment. If you fail to cancel or reschedule 24hrs in advance, your card WILL be charged 50% of your total services. Deposit Required There is a $35 deposit required for all bookings under $125. Any service $125 and over has a deposit of $60 or more. Your deposit will go toward your balance at time of checkout as long as the cancellation policy is followed. Refund Policy All services are nonrefundable. Deposits are nonrefundedable but are able to be transferred if the cancellation policy is followed. Good faith exam fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Please understand with all services you pay for our time and products of each service. No Call/No Show If you No call No show for your scheduled appointment, your card will be charged for 50% of services, your deposit will be kept and you will need to pay in full for your next appointment at the time of booking. Late Arrivals If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. There is a 7 minute grace period for all appointments. After 7 minutes, a $10 late fee will incur. After 10 minutes you may be asked to reschedule your appointment. Please notify us to ensure this does not happen. Children/Guests Due to safety and other risks, we ask that you leave all guests including children who are not being serviced at home. Lash Fills If you can count how man lashes you have on each eye, you need a full set, NOT a fill! You must have at least 40% of your lashes on in order to book a fill. If you book a fill but need a full set your appointment may be cancelled depending on our schedule. Your deposit will be kept and you will need to reschedule your appointment. Please book accordingly! We would hate to have to turn you away because you needed a full set and not a fill! Your full must be booked with in 21 days or it will be considered a full set! Covid 19/Sickness Here at EGA, we are Nurses first. We take the health of our clients very seriously. Please pay attention and listen to your body. We ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment if you are sick or experiencing any abnormal symptoms. Gift Card Orders Gift card orders are nonrefundable. They are good for 1 year after purchase. Privacy Policy We are committed to you and your privacy and these rules are strictly enforced. Your personal information is kept confidential at all times. This includes your credit/debit cards, email and phone numbers, addresses, intake forms and waivers, as well as our conversations. We will never share, nor sell your personal information to third parties. Consultations/Good Faith Exams Consultations and good faith exams are required for some services and must be booked and completed at least one day prior to that service. There is a good faith exam fee of $30 that goes directly to our Medical Providers. This fee is nonrefundable and can not be transferred. If this good faith exam is missed prior to your service, that service will need to be rescheduled until the exam and or consultation is completed. A new good faith exam fee of $30 will need to be paid. Please note : This is a fee and not a deposit, therefore this fee is not deducted from the price of that service. Content Photo/Videos Policy We ask before recording and or taking pictures of our services or work performed on you. As our client you have every right to refuse a photo and or video at each and every service. We also will ask if the content obtained may be posted to social media. We only upload content with your sole permission. Model / Content Client If you are a model and or content client. Your services are priced at a discounted rate and you waive all rights to refuse photos and or videos. This will be explained every time you volunteer as a model or content client. This service was designed to give the employee practice at the discounted craft being offered and to also post to social media to attract more customers for that particular service. You understand that this is a newer service being provided and the employee is gaining more experience as well as building their portfolio. Please note : If you disagree and would not like videos and or pictures taken or displayed on Social media, you are not able to book services for model and or content client prices.
